We are looking for a Travel Agent (m/f/d) to join our Global Operations Team as soon as possible. Exciting tasks await you! You will work in a virtual, international team and take responsibility for the 24/7 service to support our international B2B customers.

• Reservation / Ticketing in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and Farelogix
• Processing exchanges in Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, and Farelogix
• Working with airline NDC tools
• Queue management in our matrix ticket automation
• Fare calculations
• Invoice clarifications
• Service-oriented processing of customer inquiries via telephone/e-mail/queues
• Supporting international customers in English

Professional skills:

• Completed education in the travel industry
• Very good knowledge of the airline industry
• Airline product and tariff knowledge, including ticketing experience
• Very good GDS knowledge of Amadeus and Sabre, basic knowledge of Galileo and Farelogix is ​​an advantage
• Confident use of MS Office programs

Personal skills:

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
• Customer and service orientation, focused and flexible work
• Correct prioritization of tasks when there is a high workload
